Working with Sales Organizations in a variety of capacities is the focus of Rodefer Consulting, LLC. Our areas of expertise include Sales Training, Coaching and Leadership Development, Strategic Account Management and Sales Meeting Design. We enjoy working with Sales Professionals and Sales Leaders to help them reach their full potential.

We offer Strategic Account Management training including Navigating the Complex Sale®. We also train Integrity Selling®, Integrity Coaching®, DiSC® Behavioral Styles and The Ken Blanchard Companies Situational Leadership® II.

Pam Rodefer has 30 years of sales experience. She brings ‘real life’ experience to her clients. During her career, she held numerous positions from Sales Representative to Director of Sales Training and Development. She has worked in both Fortune 50 and Start Up companies. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University and lives in Columbus, Ohio.
